FOB (Free On Board) means Zumrut’s responsibility ends when bitumen is loaded onto the vessel at Iskenderun. The buyer arranges and pays for sea freight and insurance. CFR (Cost and Freight) means Zumrut pays sea freight to your destination port — you handle insurance and import clearance. CFR simplifies budgeting for the buyer.

Minimum order is one 20-foot container (approximately 17–18 metric tons in drums, or 18–19 MT in jumbo bags). For bulk shipments, the minimum is typically one vessel parcel of 500–1,000 MT depending on destination.

Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a full document set: Certificate of Origin (Turkey), Mill Test Certificate / Quality Report from an accredited lab, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. SGS or Intertek third-party inspection is available on request.
